Ondo Perps Grand Prix Round 5 offers up to $10,000 in prizes for trading via Arbital until 2 November

What Ondo Perps announced

Ondo Perps said on its official X account on 26 October 2026 that round 5 of the Ondo Perps Grand Prix is live, with $10,000 in prizes available for trading Ondo Perps via Arbital. Ondo Perps' post quotes an earlier announcement from Arbital, the trading platform that runs this round, and that quoted post carries the details.

Arbital wrote that Grand Prix 5 is open to anyone trading Ondo Perps through Arbital from 26 October at 00:00 UTC until 2 November at 00:00 UTC, a window of exactly seven days. That means the competition had already been running for more than twelve hours when Ondo Perps shared it.

How the prize pool works

The headline figure is a ceiling rather than a guaranteed pot. Arbital describes the prizes as a share of up to $10,000, says the pool grows with total trading volume, and says the full $10,000 is unlocked as that volume grows. The posts do not say what volume unlocks each step, how traders are ranked, how many places are paid or how the money is split, and we have not filled those gaps. Only trades placed through Arbital count

Both posts tie the prizes to Arbital. Ondo Perps says the prizes are for trading Ondo Perps via Arbital, and Arbital says they are exclusively for Arbital users. Trading directly in the Ondo Perps app is therefore not described as qualifying for this round. What it means for traders

A volume-based contest rewards trading activity, not profit, and perpetual futures carry leverage and funding costs that can outweigh any prize share. Treat the competition as a bonus on trades you would make anyway, rather than a reason to trade more.
