The second wave of withdrawals starts today
Binance is widening the restart of crypto withdrawals after the 29 October security incident. In Security Incident Recovery Update #6, an article posted on its official X account at 02:30 UTC on Tuesday 3 November 2026 (03:30 in Amsterdam), the exchange said it will reopen withdrawals for a new list of assets beginning at 04:00 UTC, which is 05:00 in Amsterdam.
This follows the first phase on 1 November, when Binance reopened selected networks and assets. As in that phase, the newly listed assets will not all open at the same moment. Binance says the reopening rolls out progressively, each network and asset pair coming back once its security and readiness checks are complete. Deposits remain open and, according to Binance, are not affected.
Which networks and tokens are on the list
The table in the Binance announcement covers nine networks. BNB Smart Chain has the longest entry, 31 tokens including USD1, FDUSD, BTC, ETH, XRP, SOL, DOGE, ADA and LINK, and Binance adds that withdrawals for all bSTOCKS will also be opened. Ethereum follows with 38 tokens, among them RLUSD, USD1, ENA, USDE, PENDLE, WLD, ONDO, ETHFI and LINK.
Solana has 22 tokens, including USD1, PUMP, RENDER, RAY, TRUMP, PENGU, JUP, BONK, WIF and JTO. The shorter entries are RLUSD on the XRP Ledger, USDC and HAEDAL on Sui, CHIP and ANIME on Arbitrum, OP and WCT on Optimism, TUSD on Tron, and ZEN, MIRA, HOME and AWE on Base. Some tokens appear on more than one network, so check the exact pair you plan to use.
How to check before you withdraw
Binance says it is prioritising tokens by user demand over the past week and will add further assets as they become ready. Before withdrawing, it asks users to check the withdrawal page for their asset and network, or its network status page, to confirm the pair is open. During the rollout it expects temporary delays or longer processing times because of traffic, and if a withdrawal does not go through, users should try again after a short while.
The update repeats the exchange's earlier commitment that Binance will bear the financial impact of the stolen funds and that the losses will not be passed on to users. Binance says it will share further updates on its official X channel, and Exchange.news will keep reporting them.
