A third wave of withdrawals from 04:00 UTC
Binance is continuing the staged restart of crypto withdrawals after the 29 October security incident. In Security Incident Recovery Update #8, posted on its announcement page early on Thursday 5 November 2026 and shared as an article on its official X account at 03:50 UTC (04:50 in Amsterdam), the exchange said it will reopen withdrawals for another list of assets beginning at 04:00 UTC, which is 05:00 in Amsterdam.
It follows Recovery Update #6 on 3 November and the token batches Binance re-enabled after it. As before, the listed assets will not all open at the same moment. Binance says the reopening rolls out progressively, each network and asset pair returning once its security and readiness checks are complete. Deposits remain open.
Which networks and tokens are on the list
The table in the announcement covers six networks and 69 network and token pairs. Ethereum has the longest entry with 36 tokens: UNI, AAVE, PAXG, VIRTUAL, MORPHO, ZAMA, YFI, WLFI, COMP, LPT, NMR, SAHARA, EIGEN, LDO, EPIC, SAND, HYPER, EUL, OPEN, ENS, ANKR, ID, APE, AUCTION, RED, ARKM, MANA, BIGTIME, G, ZKP, CYBER, F, AXL, FLOKI, GRT and SYN.
BNB Smart Chain has 24: ASTER, PROM, UNI, 1MBABYDOGE, FIL, IOTA, GENIUS, BANK, MARSCOIN, ZIL, TUT, TWT, DEXE, MUBARAK, FLOKI, INJ, NIGHT, HOME, HYPER, AAVE, AVAX, AT, BREV and SAND. The shorter entries are AERO, VIRTUAL, MORPHO and AVNT on Base, JST, SUN and BTTC on Tron, GNS on Polygon (listed by Binance as MATIC) and MMT on Sui. Several tokens, such as UNI, AAVE, FLOKI, HYPER, SAND, VIRTUAL and MORPHO, appear on more than one network, so check the exact pair you plan to use.
How to check before you withdraw
Binance says it is prioritising tokens based on user demand over the past week and restoring each network and asset pair only after rigorous security checks, with more assets to follow as they become ready. Before withdrawing, it asks users to check the withdrawal page for their asset and network, or its network status page, to confirm the pair is open.
During the rollout Binance expects temporary delays or longer processing times because of traffic, and if a withdrawal does not go through, users should try again after a short while. Binance says it will keep reopening withdrawals in phases and strengthening its safeguards, and will share updates on its official X channel. Exchange.news will report the next official update.
