Another wave of withdrawals from 04:00 UTC
Binance is continuing the staged restart of crypto withdrawals after the 29 October security incident. In Recovery Update #9, posted on its announcement page early on Friday 6 November 2026 and shared as an article on its official X account at 03:10 UTC (04:10 in Amsterdam), the exchange said it will reopen withdrawals for another list of assets beginning at 04:00 UTC, which is 05:00 in Amsterdam.
It follows Recovery Update #8 on 5 November and the earlier token batches Binance re-enabled after the incident. As before, the listed assets will not all open at the same moment. Binance says the reopening rolls out progressively, each network and asset pair returning once its security and readiness checks are complete. Deposits remain open.
Which networks and tokens are on the list
The table in the announcement covers nine networks and 58 network and token pairs. BNB Smart Chain has the longest entry with 28 tokens: USDE, PENDLE, ZRO, JASMY, BAT, ZBT, ENSO, SUI, HAEDAL, ZAMA, YFI, WLFI, SAHARA, SAND, EUL, OPEN, ANKR, ID, AUCTION, MANA, G, ZKP, CYBER, F, AXL, JST, SUN and MMT.
Base has seven: ZRO, BREV, ZBT, PARTI, VIRTUAL, MORPHO and AXL. Ethereum has six: U, XRP, CAKE, LISTA, W and WCT. The shorter entries are ETH, ZRO, AXL and WLD on Optimism; ZRO, SAND, AXL and GRT on Polygon (listed by Binance as MATIC); PENDLE, ZRO, ETHFI, AXL and GRT on Arbitrum; ZRO and AXL on Avalanche C-Chain (AVAXC); U on Tron; and FDUSD on Sui. Several tokens, such as ZRO and AXL, appear on more than one network, so check the exact pair you plan to use.
How to check before you withdraw
Binance says it is prioritising tokens based on user demand over the past week and restoring each network and asset pair only after rigorous security checks, with more assets to follow as they become ready. Before withdrawing, it asks users to check the withdrawal page for their asset and network, or its network status page, to confirm the pair is open.
During the rollout Binance expects temporary delays or longer processing times because of traffic, and if a withdrawal does not go through, users should try again after a short while. Binance says it will keep reopening withdrawals in phases and strengthening its safeguards, and will share updates on its official X channel. Exchange.news will report the next official update.
