- Binance posted the update at 06:04 UTC on Sunday 1 November 2026 (07:04 in Amsterdam), inside its 06:00 to 09:00 UTC window for phase one.
Bitcoin goes first
Binance has started its withdrawal restart with Bitcoin. In a short post on its official X account at 06:04 UTC on 1 November 2026 (07:04 in Amsterdam), the exchange said the first batch network is the Bitcoin network. The post quotes Recovery Update #4, in which Binance said phase one of withdrawals would resume between 06:00 and 09:00 UTC that day.
Binance has not said when the next batch will follow. It describes the restart as progressive: networks and assets are reopened one by one after stability and security checks, and it says it will post further updates on its official X channel. Until Binance confirms another network, only the Bitcoin network has been named as part of the first batch.
Which networks are in phase one
Binance Customer Support said in a reply on X at 05:27 UTC that the first phase includes 15 networks: BTC, ETH, BSC, TRX, SOL, XRP, ZEC, DOGE, TON, Polygon, AVAXC, Arbitrum, Base, Optimism and SUI, with selected assets supported on each network. More assets and networks are due to be added later.
Being on that list does not mean a network is already open. Phase one is rolled out in batches, and Bitcoin is the only batch Binance has announced so far. The other 14 networks should become available as the rollout continues.
What to check before you withdraw
Binance asks users to check the withdrawal page for their asset and network, or its network status page, before sending funds. It warns that the first hours may bring delays and longer processing times, and says you can simply try again after a short while if a withdrawal does not go through. Deposits have stayed open throughout the incident.
In the same update Binance said it has covered approximately 95% of the impacted amount and will bear the financial impact of the stolen funds. The full zero-knowledge Proof of Reserves, which Binance has said it expects by Tuesday 3 November (UTC), is still pending. Our earlier story on Recovery Update #4 has the full details, and Exchange.news will report each new batch when Binance confirms it.
