LunarCrush lets you price any coin in another cryptocurrency

What LunarCrush added

LunarCrush announced on its official X account on 23 October 2026 that its asset pages can now show prices in another cryptocurrency. Instead of seeing a coin only in US dollars, a user can pick a different coin as the unit. LunarCrush says the price, the change figure and the chart all redraw in that pair.

The examples in the announcement are ETH in BTC, ETH in SOL and BTC in SOL. A follow-up post adds that the choice is not limited to the major coins: any coin can be the denominator. The post links to the Ethereum topic page, which now includes a View price in option.

Why a crypto pair can tell a different story

A dollar chart shows whether a coin gained or lost value in dollars. A chart in BTC shows whether it did better or worse than bitcoin over the same time. That is the question many holders ask when they decide which coin to hold, and it often gives a different picture.

LunarCrush's launch card shows the dollar view for comparison: over seven days, Bitcoin was down 0.66% and Ethereum down 2.60%. In a BTC view, Ethereum would show as falling against bitcoin over that week, even though both were down in dollars.

How the setting behaves

The denomination is set on one asset's page at a time. LunarCrush says every other page stays in dollars, so switching Ethereum to BTC does not change how other coins are shown. LunarCrush did not say whether the option is limited to paid plans.
