Robinhood Chain, 3 September
Phantom announced the first of the three on 3 September 2026 with a short post on its official X account: “Robinhood Chain on Phantom. That’s the tweet.” The post had no further detail, so the practical picture comes from Phantom’s help centre.
There, Phantom describes Robinhood Chain as an Ethereum Layer 2. Users can hold and swap assets on it and connect Phantom to Robinhood Chain apps. Network fees are paid in ETH on Robinhood Chain, and ETH on Ethereum, Base or another network cannot cover them. Phantom also warns that sending ETH on Ethereum to a Robinhood Chain address does not move it onto Robinhood Chain.
Availability is not uniform. The help page says the assets offered depend on location, and some real-world-asset and stock tokens are restricted in certain regions.
Arc, 16 September
On 16 September 2026 Phantom posted “Phantom is live on @arc” and told users who could not see it to update to the latest app version.
Phantom’s help centre describes Arc as an EVM-compatible network developed by Circle that uses USDC to pay network fees, in the same way Solana uses SOL. USDC held on Solana, Ethereum or any other network cannot pay Arc fees, so users need USDC on Arc itself. Phantom lists two ways to get it: buying it with Cash in the mobile app, or receiving it from another wallet or exchange with Arc selected as the network.
Once funded, Phantom says users can hold, send, receive, buy and swap tokens on Arc and connect to Arc apps. Eligible swaps may offer a gasless option. Phantom’s fee guide suggests keeping 1 to 2 USDC on Arc for fees.
BNB Chain, 1 October
The most recent addition came on 1 October 2026, when Phantom posted “BNB Chain is live on @Phantom” and said users should be on the latest app version to start trading.
According to Phantom’s help centre, BNB Chain is an EVM-compatible network that uses BNB for fees. Phantom supports holding, sending, receiving, buying and swapping tokens there, including BNB and supported BEP-20 tokens, with cross-network swaps where a route exists. BNB on another network cannot pay BNB Chain fees; Phantom’s fee guide suggests keeping about 0.01 BNB.
Support is narrower than on the other two networks for now. Phantom lists as current limitations: no opBNB or BNB Beacon Chain, no testnets as user-facing networks, no connections to BNB Chain apps, no NFTs, no gasless sends and no Ledger accounts.
Turning the networks on
For all three networks Phantom gives the same first step: go to Settings, then Active Networks, and make sure the network is switched on. If it is not listed, update Phantom from the App Store, Google Play or Chrome Web Store and check again. Before sending funds, confirm that the sending app uses the same network as the Phantom address, because transfers on the wrong network may be lost.
