What was announced
Jumper said on its official X account on 23 October 2026 that its SafePal perk has been extended through the end of the year. Under the perk, Jumper Pass users who have reached Level 10 or higher can claim a free SafePal X1 hardware wallet, and Jumper says the offer is available worldwide. SafePal shared the post on its own official account on 24 October with the line "The party extended".
Jumper Pass is the level system inside Jumper that unlocks partner perks as a user's level rises. The posts point to Jumper's perks page as the place to claim the wallet; neither post sets a new level requirement or changes the reward itself, only how long it is available.
What the posts leave open
The announcement is short. It does not say whether shipping or customs fees apply, whether the number of wallets is limited, or how long delivery takes. It also gives no exact closing time beyond the end of the year. Anyone close to Level 10 should check the claim screen on Jumper's perks page for the current terms before relying on the offer.
Setting up the X1
The X1 is SafePal's Bluetooth hardware wallet. SafePal's setup guide has four steps: install the SafePal app, pair the X1 with the app over Bluetooth to activate it, create or recover a wallet on the device itself, then add that wallet to the app. The recovery phrase is generated on the X1, so it should be written down offline and never typed into a website or shared with anyone, including support staff.
