$4.649 billion out, $1.01 billion in

Binance has put numbers on the first day of its withdrawal restart. In an update on its official X account at 16:12 UTC on Sunday 1 November 2026 (17:12 in Amsterdam), the exchange said that between 06:00 and 15:30 UTC it "processed $4.649 billion in withdrawals and $1.01 billion in deposits, resulting in a net outflow of approximately $3.64 billion."

Binance put that outflow in context. It said the figure "represents 2.1% of our $171 billion in total assets under management (AUM)", based on the latest available Proof of Reserves data as of 28 October 2026. It also said that after an initial spike, withdrawal volumes have declined and are "stabilising as expected", while deposit volumes have remained substantial. The post includes a chart of withdrawals, deposits and net flow in 30-minute steps over the same period.

All 15 networks in the first phase are open

The update also confirms where the reopening stands. Binance said it began restoring withdrawals in phases at 06:00 UTC on 1 November (07:00 in Amsterdam) and that by 12:36 UTC withdrawals "had resumed for all 15 networks and assets in the initial phase." That was the time of its update re-enabling Zcash, TON and Sui, which our earlier story covers.

Binance said its team continues testing rigorously the remaining networks and assets and will share details of the next phase as soon as it can. It did not say which networks or assets come next or give a date for the next phase. It added: "Rest assured that market conditions are stable."

A new Proof of Reserves report is due

Binance said a new Proof of Reserves snapshot was taken at 00:00 UTC on 31 October, and that zero-knowledge proof computation began. It said the updated report "is expected to be available on our PoR website tomorrow", which, going by the date of the post, means Monday 2 November. A zero-knowledge Proof of Reserves lets users check that their own balance is included without revealing other users' data.

Until that report is out, the 2.1% figure is measured against the 28 October data. When the new report appears, check it only on Binance's own website, and treat links or addresses sent in replies or private messages with suspicion. Exchange.news will report the next phase of withdrawals and the new Proof of Reserves when Binance publishes them.
