XRP and Base join the list
Binance has re-enabled withdrawals on two more networks. In a "Latest Withdrawal Update" on its official X account at 09:38 UTC on 1 November 2026 (10:38 in Amsterdam), the exchange said withdrawals "have now been re-enabled" for XRP on the XRP network and for ETH and USDC on Base.
The same post repeats the networks that were already open: BTC on Bitcoin, ETH, USDT and USDC on Ethereum, and BNB, USDT and USDC on BNB Smart Chain (BSC). Binance said it will continue to restore additional assets and networks in phases as security checks are completed, and that further updates will come through official Binance channels. It did not give a timetable for the next networks.
Where phase one stands
Earlier on Sunday, at 07:49 UTC, Binance said withdrawals had been restored for USDC, USDT and ETH on Ethereum and for USDC, USDT and BNB on BSC, after the Bitcoin network opened first. Our earlier story on the Ethereum and BNB Smart Chain restore has the details.
Binance Customer Support has said phase one covers selected assets across 15 networks. With XRP and Base added, Binance has now named five of them as open again. The full zero-knowledge Proof of Reserves report, which Binance has said it expects by Tuesday 3 November (UTC), is still pending.
What this means for your withdrawals
If you hold XRP on Binance, the XRP network is now listed for withdrawals. On Base, Binance has named only ETH and USDC, so other tokens on Base may still show as unavailable. For USDT, the listed networks remain Ethereum and BSC.
Check Binance's withdrawal page for the live status of each asset and network before you send. Double check the destination address and network in your own wallet, and do not trust addresses or links sent in replies or private messages. Exchange.news will report the next batches when Binance confirms them.
