Zcash, TON and Sui join the list
Binance has re-enabled withdrawals on three more networks, in a new "Latest Withdrawal Update" on its official X account at 12:36 UTC on Sunday 1 November 2026 (13:36 in Amsterdam). It said withdrawals "have now been re-enabled" for ZEC on ZEC, the Zcash network, for USDT and GRAM on TON and for SUI on SUI, the Sui network.
The update came about an hour after Binance opened Polygon and Avalanche C-Chain at 11:31 UTC. Binance again said it will continue to restore additional assets and networks in phases as security checks are completed, with further updates through official Binance channels. It did not give a timetable for the next step.
Where phase one stands
The 12:36 UTC post lists everything opened so far. Alongside the three new networks, it shows BTC on Bitcoin, ETH, USDT and USDC on Ethereum, BNB, USDT and USDC on BNB Smart Chain (BSC), XRP on XRP, ETH and USDC on Base, DOGE on Dogecoin, ETH, USDT and USDC on OP (Optimism), ARB, ETH, USDT and USDC on Arbitrum, TRX and USDT on TRX (Tron), SOL, USDT and USDC on Solana, POL, USDT and USDC on MATIC (Polygon) and AVAX, USDT and USDC on AVAXC as already enabled. Our earlier story on the Arbitrum, Tron, Solana, Polygon and Avalanche C-Chain steps has the background.
Binance Customer Support has said phase one covers selected assets across 15 networks. Binance has now named 15 networks as open again, which matches that figure, but it has not said that phase one is complete. The full zero-knowledge Proof of Reserves report, which Binance has said it expects by Tuesday 3 November (UTC), is still pending.
What this means for your withdrawals
TON adds another route for USDT. Counting Binance's list, USDT can now be withdrawn on nine networks (Ethereum, BSC, Optimism, Arbitrum, Tron, Solana, Polygon, Avalanche C-Chain and TON), and USDC on eight. Only the tokens Binance named are covered, so other tokens on these networks may still show as unavailable.
Check Binance's withdrawal page for the live status of each asset and network before you send. Pick the same network in your own wallet, double check the destination address, and include a memo or tag where the receiving platform asks for one. Do not trust addresses or links sent in replies or private messages. Exchange.news will report the next batches when Binance confirms them.
