What changed
Binance has re-enabled withdrawals on five more networks: Arbitrum, TRX (Tron), Solana, MATIC (Polygon) and AVAXC (Avalanche C-Chain).
Who it affects
Binance users waiting to withdraw ARB, TRX, SOL, POL, AVAX, or USDT and USDC on these networks, after the hack paused withdrawals.
When
Binance announced the steps at 10:48, 11:15 and 11:31 UTC on Sunday 1 November 2026 (11:48, 12:15 and 12:31 in Amsterdam), during phase one of its withdrawal restart.

Five more networks in under an hour

Binance has re-enabled withdrawals on five more networks in three quick updates on its official X account on Sunday 1 November 2026. At 10:48 UTC (11:48 in Amsterdam) it said withdrawals "have now been re-enabled" for ARB, ETH, USDT and USDC on Arbitrum and for TRX and USDT on TRX (Tron). At 11:15 UTC it added SOL, USDT and USDC on Solana.

The latest "Latest Withdrawal Update", at 11:31 UTC (12:31 in Amsterdam), adds POL, USDT and USDC on MATIC (Polygon) and AVAX, USDT and USDC on AVAXC, the Avalanche C-Chain. Binance again said it will continue to restore additional assets and networks in phases as security checks are completed, with further updates through official Binance channels. It did not give a timetable for the next networks.

Where phase one stands

The 11:31 UTC post lists everything opened so far. Alongside the five new networks, it shows BTC on Bitcoin, ETH, USDT and USDC on Ethereum, BNB, USDT and USDC on BNB Smart Chain (BSC), XRP on XRP, ETH and USDC on Base, DOGE on Dogecoin and ETH, USDT and USDC on OP (Optimism) as already enabled. Our earlier story on the Dogecoin and Optimism step has the background.

Binance Customer Support has said phase one covers selected assets across 15 networks. Binance has now named 12 of them as open again, which leaves three still to come in this phase. The full zero-knowledge Proof of Reserves report, which Binance has said it expects by Tuesday 3 November (UTC), is still pending.

What this means for your withdrawals

Stablecoin holders now have far more routes. Counting Binance's list, USDT can be withdrawn on eight networks (Ethereum, BSC, Optimism, Arbitrum, Tron, Solana, Polygon and Avalanche C-Chain), and USDC on eight as well, with Base in place of Tron. Only the tokens Binance named are covered, so other tokens on these networks may still show as unavailable.

Check Binance's withdrawal page for the live status of each asset and network before you send. Pick the same network in your own wallet, double check the destination address, and do not trust addresses or links sent in replies or private messages. Exchange.news will report the next batches when Binance confirms them.
