Dogecoin and Optimism join the list
Binance has re-enabled withdrawals on two more networks. In a new "Latest Withdrawal Update" on its official X account at 10:03 UTC on 1 November 2026 (11:03 in Amsterdam), the exchange said withdrawals "have now been re-enabled" for DOGE on the Dogecoin network and for ETH, USDT and USDC on OP (Optimism).
The same post repeats the networks that were already open: BTC on Bitcoin, ETH, USDT and USDC on Ethereum, BNB, USDT and USDC on BNB Smart Chain (BSC), XRP on the XRP network, and ETH and USDC on Base. Binance said it will continue to restore additional assets and networks in phases as security checks are completed, and that further updates will come through official Binance channels. It did not give a timetable for the next networks.
Where phase one stands
Less than half an hour earlier, at 09:38 UTC, Binance said withdrawals had been re-enabled for XRP on the XRP network and for ETH and USDC on Base. That followed the Ethereum and BNB Smart Chain restore earlier on Sunday and the Bitcoin network, which opened first. Our earlier stories on the XRP and Base step and on the Ethereum and BNB Smart Chain restore have the details.
Binance Customer Support has said phase one covers selected assets across 15 networks. With Dogecoin and Optimism added, Binance has now named seven of them as open again. The full zero-knowledge Proof of Reserves report, which Binance has said it expects by Tuesday 3 November (UTC), is still pending.
What this means for your withdrawals
If you hold DOGE on Binance, the Dogecoin network is now listed for withdrawals. On Optimism, Binance has named ETH, USDT and USDC, so other tokens on Optimism may still show as unavailable. USDT can now be withdrawn on three listed networks: Ethereum, BSC and Optimism.
Check Binance's withdrawal page for the live status of each asset and network before you send. Double check the destination address and network in your own wallet, and do not trust addresses or links sent in replies or private messages. Exchange.news will report the next batches when Binance confirms them.
