What fomo launched
fomo introduced Web Discovery in a thread on its official X account on 27 October 2026 at 20:02 UTC. In fomo's words, it is a way to find new tokens and see what's moving now, with the app's built-in spam filtering to cut through the noise. The last post in the thread points to fomo.family/discover and says users can try it now.
The launch video shows a Discover page in the desktop browser: a token table with market cap, 24-hour change, price, 24-hour volume and holder counts, next to a column of the latest theses from fomo traders.
Three tools in the thread
Multiple charts: fomo says users can monitor several coins at once and move, minimize and arrange their charts so the markets they follow stay in view.
Live theses: new theses, the short trade notes fomo users post about a token, appear in real time inside token feeds.
Custom thresholds: users can filter the lists by price change, timeframe, token size and other settings to find trades that fit their style.
What the announcement leaves out
fomo's thread does not mention fees, which chains the lists cover, how the spam filter decides what to hide, or any regional limits. The video shows Solana selected in a network menu, but fomo did not list the supported networks in text.
Our take
Web Discovery follows fomo's move to bring its app and perps to desktop browsers, and it targets the busiest part of memecoin trading: sorting real tokens from spam. Filters and spam screening help, but new tokens remain very risky, so check liquidity and holder counts before buying.
