What Plasma announced
Plasma is running an 11% cashback promotion on its Plasma One card for Singles Day, the 11 November online shopping event. It announced the offer on its official X account at 14:40 UTC on Tuesday 3 November 2026, with a campaign image reading "11% cashback for 11.11" and "up to $30".
Plasma's help centre says the boost started at 14:00 UTC on 3 November and is scheduled to run until 23:59:59 UTC on 12 November 2026. It can end earlier if the promotion's budget is reached. The purchase has to be made in that window; settlement afterwards still counts.
Who qualifies and where
The offer is for Core and Platinum members. New users qualify if they open on one of those tiers, add money and buy before the end, and gifted Platinum counts too. Lite members must upgrade before shopping, because purchases made before the upgrade do not qualify.
Only 11 marketplaces count: AliExpress, Taobao, Tmall, JD.com, JD Worldwide, Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Zalora, momo and Pchome. Eligibility follows the merchant data on the card payment, so the same product bought elsewhere does not qualify. Gift cards, vouchers, marketplace wallet top-ups and other stored value purchases are excluded.
How far $30 goes
There is no minimum spend, but the cap is US$30 per person for the whole promotion, across all marketplaces combined. At 11%, Plasma says that cap is reached at about US$272.73 of eligible spending; US$100 earns US$11.
You pay the full price at checkout. Each purchase then sits in a 45-day hold from settlement before review and payout. Cashback is calculated in dollars and paid in XPL, Plasma's token, so its value can change after you receive it. Refunds during the hold reduce or cancel the reward.
